INGREDIENTS
Pasta rice
Lettuce
Cocktail tomatoes
Mushrooms
Small onion
Fresh cream
Salt
Pepper
Seasame seeds
METHOD
Boil the pasta rice and set aside to cool.
Roughly chop the onions and mushrooms together.
Braise onion/mushroom mix in butter until slightly mushy.
Add a few spoons of fresh cream to make it creamy but still chunky and allow to simmer on low.
Roast seasame seeds separately.
Layer lettuce, pasta rice, mushroom sauce and cocktail tomatoes. Sprinkle with seasame.
Serve chilled.
