INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 bottle Nola mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
½ teaspoon English mustard powder
1 teaspoon garlic
spring onion, chopped
½ onion chopped
Parsley chopped
4 green chillies sliced (adjust to taste)
METHOD
Boil potatoes in salt water, don't allow to get soft. Remove from heat, and allow to cool.
In a seperate bowl, mix remainder of ingredients. Gently mix in to potatoes.
Set In a dish, and generously sprinkle chopped pecans over.
Serve chilled.
INFO & TIPS
*i set into a jelly mould, and before serving turn over, then sprinkle pecans.
