Portuguese Prego Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken, cut with slits
Oil
Peri peri powder or pods
Oil
1 teaspoon garlic
Salt
5 tablespoon Spill bean Prego sauce

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together except prego sauce and rub on chicken. Then add prego sauce and marinate overnight or minutes 4hours, grill in oven on full power or cook in pot until sauce bubbles & clings to chicken.
