INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk
2 heaped teaspoon ghas powder
½ cup sugar
Rose syrup ( to make it pink looking)
Nestlé cream (whisked)
METHOD
1.boil milk and ghas powder till the texture is thick and sticky. Stir
2.add sugar and mix.
3.add nestle cream and mix.
4.add rose syrup (not so much otherwise it will become extremely Sweet, if it's not pink enough add pink powder colouring to make it more pink).
5.allow it to set in a Pyrex dish let it cool and refrigerate.
INFO & TIPS
if it's not thick n sticky enough you can add another tsp of ghas powder.
