MILO CAKE
125g butter
1 ½ cups sugar
3 tablespoon hot water
250ml water
2 eggs
9 tablespoon milo
725ml self rising flour
½ cup choc chips
Method: cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Gradually add flour. Then add milo, dissolved in hot water. Lastly add water. Mix well and put into pan. Bake at 180 in a greased pan for ± 20 minutes
Topping
Melt one Milo slab,add ±8 tablespoon nestle cream..leave to cool..then beat will electric beaters until light and fluffy...spread on cake,decorate as desired
