INGREDIENTS
1 big onion, chopped
1 big ripe tomato, chopped
1 green chilli, finley chopped
1 teaspoon. Ground garlic
3 tablespoons. Tomato puree
1 Dsp. Mustard sauce
1 tablespoon. Tomato Sauce
White pepper
Salt
1 teaspoon. Sugar
5 viennas, sliced
dhania (coriander), chopped
METHOD
Braise onion in oil till brown. Add garlic & chilli. Braise for a few seconds. Add tomato, puree, salt & pepper then cook till tomato cooks down. Add sauces & sugar & cook through. Add viennas & dhania (coriander) & cook till done.

Use as topping for pizza, quiche, sandwiches, pitas etc
