INGREDIENTS
1 kg cubed chicken fillet
1 bunch spinach chopped
1 grated onion
salt,pepper,lemon pepper
green chilles
ground garlic
2 circles clover feta cheese and
¾ cup grated cheddar.
1 tub woolworths double thick cream
METHOD
Braise onion wit ghee (Clarified butter).
Add chicken and spices and allow to cook, add spinach, when all the water
has burnt out, add cream
Allow to cool.
When cool add cheddar and feta cheese.
Fry mushrooms in garlic butter add to cooked chicken.

Fill pies as desired
