- 1 kg steak cut in to strips and steamed
- 1 teaspoon ground green chilli
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Mix all together and set aside. Fry 5 cloves of garlic in 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter). Add marinated steak, fry for few minutes then add water and cook on medium heat until steak is soft. Mix 2 teaspoon mazeina into 250 ml fresh cream and add to steak. Cook on slow until sauce thickens. Add salt to taste.
