INGREDIENTS
Dough5 cups flour5 tablespoon sugar1 packet yeast1 cup boiling water1 cup warm milk½ cup oil1 eggSift dry ingredients and mix with rest of ingredients to make a soft doughKnead and leave for and hour Punch down roll out and make a pizza base
METHOD
Filling1kg chicken/meat cubed1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon red masala1 tablespoon chops&steak spice1 tablespoon BBQ spice1 teaspoon peri peri spice1 teaspoon chilie powder1 teaspoon crushed black pepper6 tablespoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon worceschire sauceSalt1 Tsbp olive oil1 tablespoon butter2 onions choppedMarinate meat in all ingredients15 minutes into cooking add onions
Sauce for base:Steers peri peri sauceTomato sauce Steers tikka chicken sauceMix all Sauces together and spread thin layer BaseToppingCheese, 3 colour peppers, feta cheeseThe difference/ assemblingSpread filling only over the rounded end of the base( so the middle of the base will be empty) cut the base like a normal pizza, but not completely to the end of the base otherwise each piece will come apart and we don't want thatBring each pointy end over the filling partially covering it, the end of the pizzaBake @ 180 for 20 minutes or till done
