INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk. 250g butter/margarine. 1 cup self raising flour. 1 cup coconut. 1 cup semolina. 1 ½ cups caster sugar. 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder.
METHOD
Boil the milk and butter together. Sit all the other ingredients and add to the boiled milk stir well then add a drop of egg yellow food colouring and nix well. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking tin sprinkle some colored almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 180' for 30 minutes
