INGREDIENTS
Base:
1 packet marie biscuits
125g softened butter
Process biscuits till fine,add butter..
Press into foil cups or muffin/pan..
Refrigerate for 10 minutes..
Topping..
4 cups milk
4 tablespoon butter
Boil above..
Beat together:
2 eggs
6 dessert spoons maizena (corn flour)
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
METHOD
Beat with egg beater...mix into milk,whisk well..boil till thick put ontop of base,sprinkle with cinnamon..
