1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
1⁄2 cup oil
1⁄2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 slab of whole nut
1 slab cashew and coconut choc
Separate eggs. Beat whites and keep in another bowl.
Beat yolks and flour and sugar together well
Now add in water and oil and beat well.
Then add the vanilla and baking powder
Grate the chocolates
Add to the batter together with the egg whites
Bat well till combined.
Pour into the cake pan and bake at 180 for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and pan
While hot throw some grated choc over for decoration.
