INGREDIENTS
                      1 cup gram flour.                          
1 cup self-raising flour.                      
1 teaspoon garam masala.                            
1 teaspoon ground tumeric.                            
2 teaspoon mild curry powder.                        
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves.              
2 medium carrots finely grated.                       
2 medium baby marrow finely grated.             
3 green shallots finely chopped.                     
1 cup water approximately vegetable oil for deep-frying
                    
METHOD
Sift flours into a bowl, stir in spices , coriander, grated vegetables and shallots. Stir in enough water to give a sticky mixture. Just before serving drop tablespoons of mixture in hot oil in batches. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.
