INGREDIENTS
Rice 1 ½ cups boiled
2cups chana dhal soaked over night and boiled in morning till slightly firm
Chicken
Ginger garlic 2 teaspoon 2 teaspoon red chillie masala paste or more
3 teaspoon red chilie powder
2 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
Salt
lemin juice quater cup
Half cup tomato puree
Half cup fried onions
1cup yoghurt
Zaffron water soaked in water and add a little yellow colouring
1cup grated carrots
bay leaves
Cinamon sticks
ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Disjointed chicken marinate all masala and add litle zafron water ....heat ghee (Clarified butter) add chicken cover wit grated carrots bay leaves cinamon sticks spread chanadhal over carrots and cover cooked rice.add little zaffron water.cook on high heat 5min than medium 15 minutes and reduce cook in low heat.serve with papads and spiced dhai enjoy
