Savoury Pap Tart

INGREDIENTS

Make pap as normal
Cube green pepper
Cube red pepper
Sweetcorn creamstyle
Tomato chutney
Grated cheese

METHOD

Allow pap to cool a bit. Add blobs of butter, green pepper, red pepper, and few tablespoon of sweetcorn creamstyle.

Mix well and form into balls. Warm in oven just before serving. Put 1 spoon tomato chutney and grated cheese ontop. Allow cheese to melt. Serve.
