King Prawns

INGREDIENTS

King prawns
Butter
Garlic paste
Nandos sauces
Lemon juice
Mayonnaise
Chillies flakes
Cheddar cheese

METHOD

Clean and devein in prawns and slit like butterflies
Melt 250g grams butter in electric frying pan
Lay prawns
Press prawns down with flat spoon to make them flat
Cook on both sides till pink in colour
Make sauce
250 grams butter melt with garlic add nandos sauces
All chilli flakes
Lemon juice to taste
Let mix boil a little
Take off heat
Drizzle sauce over prawns
Sprinkle grated cheese
Put under grill till cheese melts
