INGREDIENTS
1 pack of Tennis biscuits
250ml fresh cream
250ml sour cream
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of pineapples in syrup crushed
1 Cadbury Flake chocolate
Chopped pecan nuts
METHOD
Place a single layer of biscuits in a rectangular glass dish.Pour syrup from the can of pineapples over the biscuits.In a separate bowl, combine the fresh cream and sour cream. Add condensed milk and mix well.Add crushed pineapple to this mixture and pour over the biscuits.Decorate with Flake chocolate and chopped pecan nuts.
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
