Easy Milk Tart

3 cups milk
60g margarine/butter
6-8 tablespoon sugar

approx ¼-1/2cup maziena.
little milk
2eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

about 6-10 tennis biscuits

METHOD
Layer any dish with tennis biscuits. 1 layer is sufficient.
Bring milk, butter and sugar to a slow boil.
Make a paste with maziena and milk.
Add eggs and vanilla essence to paste.
Now add this to heated milk,while stirring continuosly, until it resembles a thick white sauce.
Pour into dish carefully.
Sprinkle some cinammon.
Refrigerate immediately.
Will set quickly
