250g margarine or butter
1 cup castor sugar
3 and a half cups cake flour
Dessicated coconut (about 200g)
Cream butter and castor sugar. Add cake flour to form dough.
Roll into small balls. Press gently to add a chopped date.
Close the date roll gently.
Dip into milk and roll in coconut.
Bake at 160 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.
