Aero Mint

INGREDIENTS

3 aero bars
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup whipped cream
Green food colouring
Aero for decoration
1 tin condensed milk
1 packet Chocolate cookies or Maryland choc chip cookies

METHOD

Beat the condensed milk until fluffy and leaving half for later add 3 tablespoon of whipped cream beat till fluffy
Add in the vanilla essence and green food colouring
In a tray crumble the cookies and pour the remaining condense milk on the cookies and allow to soak whip the remaining who cream above grate half Of the aero chocolate and sprinkle
Later put the above whipped cream mixture and let it cool down in room temperature
Decorate with the remaining aeros don't grate them half them and place them on top
