1¼ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
2 tspns baking powder
½ cup brown sugar
100g butter
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup chocolate chips or roughly chopped slab chocolate
INFO & TIPS
Sift flour, cocoa and baking into a bowl. Stir in brown sugar. Melt butter. Beat eggs and milk and add to butter. Mix together until well combined. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients. Add butter mixture and chocolate chips. Mix to just moisten. Three-quarter fill greased, deep muffin tins. Bake at 190° for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm. Enjoy !!!
