RECIPE

250g butter 1 cup icing sugar ½ cup oil Cream the above until lite and fluffy
Add 3 tablespoon maziena and beat well ± 3 ½ cups flour add little at time 2 form a soft dough.
Make logs and cut. (Optional can decorate with coloring almonds or make stripes with toothpick dipped in 2 red and green coloring or leave as is) . Bake @ 160 until golden brown. Dust with icing sugar

Variation 2 dough can also be made

Add 2 cups flour 1st then before adding more you can add sum pecan nuts and coconut den add little flour at time to make dough

Or

You can added 2 tsp elachi powder then you have elachi bicuits.
