¾ pound butter
1 ½ cups sugar
3 tablespoon liquid glucose mixed with 6 tablespoon water.
1 cup almonds
Melt butter and sugar
Add glucose and cook for 5 minutes
Add almonds and cook until hard ball stage is reached..pour onto greased tray..once hard break into pieces...
1 tin condensed milk
500g icing sugar
Mix together,add more condensed milk If needed...
Pat into tray,or shape with fingers into desired shapes..allow to harden...dip in melted chocolate..deco as desired..
