2 cups noodles, boiled 500g chicken fillet, cubed ½ teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ginger garlic ½ teaspoon dhania (coriander)-jeeru (cumin)
Cheese Sauce: 125g butter 2 tablespoon flour 1 ¼ cup milk ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¾ cup grated cheese
Garnish: 1 green pepper, sliced ½ cup cheese slices of tomato (optional) Cook the chicken, salt, ginger garlic, green chillies and dhania (coriander)-jeeru (cumin) with water for 15-20 minutes and set aside. Boil together the butter, flour, milk, salt and black pepper until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add cheese, stir until smooth. layer the noodles and chicken in a greased casserole. Pour the cheese sauce over this. Top with ½ cup cheese and garnish with tomato and green pepper. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
