2 cups noodles, boiled
500g chicken fillet, cubed
½ teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
½ teaspoon dhania (coriander)-jeeru (cumin)
2 tablespoon flour
1 ¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup grated cheese
1 green pepper, sliced
½ cup cheese
slices of tomato (optional)
Cook the chicken, salt, ginger garlic, green
chillies and dhania (coriander)-jeeru (cumin) with water for 15-20 minutes and set aside.
Boil together the butter, flour, milk, salt and
black pepper until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, add cheese, stir until smooth.

Top with ½ cup cheese and garnish with tomato and green pepper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
