INGREDIENTS
1 kg prawns butterflied
½ cup peri peri oil
¼ cup olive oil
2 teaspoon peri peri spice
2 teaspoon red chillies
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
METHOD
Dip each prawn in marinade and place flat on a tray.Make garlic buttet using 100g butter,2 tablespoon crushed garlic,1 teaspoon parsley.put half a teaspoon on each prawn,Grill on high heat for 5-8 minutes.serve with chips and salad or garlic bread
