******************See note at end of recipe******************+- 250 g butter 1 & ½ tablespoon liquid glucoseDissolved in 3 tablespoon Hot water or(TIP: heat the water in micro mix the glucose ..it must look like water)1 cup chopped almonds (or Pecan nuts)1 cup sugar ( I used+- 1 ¼)Method:Prepare a baking tray with foil spray the foil with spray & cookMelt butter add sugarAdd glucose mixture then add almonds keep stirringLet it frothMix well all togetherStir for +-5- 8 minutes till the mixture turns a deep caramel colourPour into the baking tray immediately(Optional : pour melted chocolate over)Leave to coolSlice into diamond shapes whilst warmOr you can break into piecesDecorate as you please(P.S : I tried with choppedpecans I also tried with 70% butter spread)All were delicious.Enjoy
