RECIPE

Basic biscuit dough
Fully wrap dough around the tex chocolate press the dough lightly
Leave 5- 8 in freezer
Remove the covered tex
And slice 1cm thickness squares
mould the dough around the so that the tex biscuit is visible place on greased baking tray
Bake at 160 * 15 -25
Dust with sparkling dust

i made these and the chocolate broke. where did i go wrong?

The chocolate must be at room temperature and you use a sharp knife to cut..if chocolate breaks its you press dough on it or around it to hold it..
