INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken or big pieces
2 tablespoon tom puree
Juice of lemon
4 tablespoon double cream
Peri peri spice
Salt
Red and green chili
Chili flakes
Saffron
Ground badam (almond)
Fresh corriander
Nutmeg
Mayo
Ginger garlic
Paprika
METHOD
Wash chicken. If using whole gash with a knife on legs and breast.
Marinate all over with above spices for few days. Place in oven tray with butter and bake turning once. Keep foiled. Wen almost done stir fry peppers onions. Put over chicken. Add roasted potatoes lemon wedges and boiled eggs.
