½ cup icing sugar
¾ cup maizena (corn flour) (corn flour)
1 teaspoon vanilla essense
2 cups cake flour
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Beat butter and icing sugar until light and creamy.
Add the rest of the ingredients, a little bit at a time, until each addition is combined.
Knead the mixture to form a soft dough.
Add 150g of chopped Sally Williams Mcadamia nougat to the dough..add more if u like
Pinch off pieces of dough, form into little balls, and flatten on the palm of your hand.
To achieve more even shapes,I used a round biscuit cutter.
Bake for ±20 minutes.
Remove, and immediately put the biscuits to cool on a wire rack
