INGREDIENTS
100 g dairy milk(plain)
2 eggs
100g bornvel (dark)
250 ml fresh cream
METHOD
Melt dairy milk and bornvel
Add eggs to chocolate and mix
Leave to cool
Halfway beat fresh cream
Add the chocolate to the fresh cream and beat until stiff
Put in fridge to set
