INGREDIENTS
1-½ cups dry cracked wheat
12 cups water
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup sugar
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a pot.
Boil until wheat is desired texture. Serve warm.
Options:
You can make it all in milk, but watch the pot so it doesn't boil over.
If you want to thin it out, add a little milk to your bowl directly.
You can add nuts or dried fruits.
You can leave out the sugar and spice it up
