6 potatoes.. Wash and scrub potatoes..pierce in several places..boil in water until soft.remove potatoes and cut a 5cm deep cross into each potato..gently press sides to open cross....
Sauce:
2 cups milk.
2 tablespoon butter. 2 tablespoon cornflour.
Half tub sour cream or cottage cheese.
2 tablespoon mushroom soup powder. 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice).
1 teaspoon dried parsley.
¼ teaspoon garlic flakes. ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Half cup grated cheese.
Dissolve soup powder and cornflour in 1 of the cups milk.then whisk ingredients except cheese together..place in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens into a sauce..stir in cheese until it melts..Top each potato with sauce..place in a marinex dish..sprinkle little bit cheese on each potato..top with some lightly fried polony and dhania (coriander)...(optional).bake in micro or oven until sizzles..
