Coffee Cake

INGREDIENTS

1.5cupsflour 6 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2tblspncocoa 3 teaspoon baking powder
¾cupsoil 4 teaspoon vanilla essences
¾cupswater(boiling)

syrup
1.5cupssugar 2 tablespoon coffee
1.5cupswater 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

Sift flour,cocoa and sugar
Mix oil and water together and mix with the above
Separate eggs and mix yolk into the mixture
Add salt,vanilla essences and baking powder to mixture
Add the well beaten egg white to the mixture and mix well
Empty mixture into glass baking tray
Beat for 30 to 45 minutes
syrup
Mix everything together for 2 minutes.Pour over your cake.Spread caramel treat.And whipped cream.
