I'm not a whizz in the kitchen but im learning. This website has been a great help....
1 dhodi peeled and cubed
2 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon tumeric powder
1/ 2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon crushed green chillies
Cook dhodi in melted ghee (Clarified butter)
Add rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes on low heat.
Serve with roti
