Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in PotAdd little Mustard seedsWhole Jeera seedsCurry leavesTorn up whole red chilliLittle crushed garlic or slicedBraise few minutesAdd Cubed Dhodi1 grated tomato ½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugar (Yes Sugar and you can add more at end if you prefer) 1 heaped teaspoon Dhana Jeera Mix1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powderCook till softAdjust the taste at end for salt or chilli or sugarGarnish with dhania (coriander)Enjoy with Rotis

Can leave out dhana jeera ..use Black pepper
