Cheesy Crumbed Steak In Garlic Sauce

RECIPE

Cheesy steak & mashed potato.

Fillet Steak- cut into thin pieces &
using a meat hammer get it into a round
shape.

Marinate the steak:
Salt, pepper, vinegar,garlic, ginger,
Birco (Red Chilli Flakes), soya sauce, 1/4 teaspoon peri-peri
Aromat (a South African Spice) & texas steak (spice bottles).
Leave for an hour.

Dip steak into cake flour, followed by
egg and
& bread crumbs. Fry on medium heat.

In a seperate pot make garlic sauce:
Butter, Garlic, salt, Birco (Red Chilli Flakes).

Presentation:
Lay Mashed Potato in a dish.
Add little garlic sauce.
Then Fried crumbed steak.
Little more garlic sauce
& cheese.
and.B put the dish in the grill for a minutes
2 melt cheese.
