Rich & Creamy Veggies

RECIPE

Boil Veggies:
Butter Nut chunks,
Gem squash (cut in 4 pcs)
Sweet corn on cob (4 pcs)
Sweet Potato 3med size
Carrots (2" long) about 2
½ teaspoon salt

CREAMY SAUCE
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
4tblsp Mayonaise
4-5tblsp brown sugar
2tblsp golden syrup
2 gratted carrots
1-2tblsp Butter
1 teaspoon Thymes/parsley
Let it cook till grated carrots soft
Add in a tub of fresh cream & let it boil once.

Add in all boiled veggies into cream & toss
Its an amazing & filling dish.
