1.Rub butter into flour until forms fine crumbs2.Add sugar, eggs, vanilla essence to flour3. Make small balls...press down with to fingers until it looks like mini biscuits4. Bake at 180 D until the base of biscuit is light brown in colour5.Mix water and jam6.Dip biscuits then dip into pink coloured coconut
