
Spicy Rice

Spicy vegetable rice
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/butter
2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 onion
1 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon chillie powder
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 carrots - grated
1 cup mixed veggies
2 cups rice boiled and drained
½ cup shallot
METHOD
Cook rice with 2 tablespoon spice for rice
Heat butter in a wok. Add spices add
onion and fry for 5 minutes
Mix in all veggies and stir fry for 10
minutes until moisture evaporates
Toss in rice
Garnish wit shallot
