INGREDIENTS
1 cup Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) - chopped
3 tablespoon cake flour
3 tablespoon chana flour
1 medium size onion grated
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon green chillies – depending on your taste buds
½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder
½ tps ginger garlic masala
¼ cup yoghurt
2 eggs beaten
2 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together and fry like pancakes on a hot greased pan.
INFO & TIPS
These can be served plain or you can put a tsp of your fav chutney on the base of pancake add any filling of choice roll up nd enjoy.
