INGREDIENTS

Packo bajia MixFresh spinach cut up Cake flour Salt Chopped onions

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together with cold water until you get a thick batter. Deep fry in hot oil.

INFO & TIPS

The spinach must be cut into big chunks.
If you going to use the entire box mix add quarter cup cake flour. The cake flour helps cut down the oiliness.
