INGREDIENTS
125g butter
5 cups flour
8 teaspoon baking powder
8 tablespoon castor sugar
+- 1 box sour milk / maas
1 egg
METHOD
Cream butter and castor sugar till fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Sift flour and baking powder together and add to above. Make a soft dough with maas. Don’t over knead. Roll out dough and cut with a scone cutter. Brush with egg. Bake 200 C for +- 20 – 25 minutes
