INGREDIENTS
Half a cup of natural yogurt
Half a cup of finely chopped radish.
One third of a cup of mint leaves, finely
chopped (about three large sprigs)
METHOD
Mix all of the ingredients together in a
bowl.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour before
serving to let the flavours meld.
This will store in the refrigerator for two
to three days but is likely to separate.
Carefully pour off any water that has
leached out and give the remainder a good
stir.
