Ingredients: 1 punnet button mushrooms (sliced) 1 tablespoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder ½ teaspoon salt Dash lemon juice Pinch turmeric Drizzle oil/ butter Pinch cayenne pepper Pinch dried mixed herbs 2-4 tablespoon sour cream Micro radish (sliced) Baby Cos Lettuce (shredded) Grated cheese (of choice) Ciabatta bread/ toasted bread.
1. Heat oil/ butter in pan. Add garlic and saute with spices. 2. Add mushrooms and lemon juice. Toss well and allow to cook until tender and no liquid remains. 3. Add sour cream and stir in. 4. Place down lettuce, sliced radish and spoon on mushrooms. 5. Sprinkle cheese and melt in hot oven. Serve hot.
