Rainbow Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cake flour. 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder. ¼ teaspoon salt. 2 eggs. ½ cup oil. ½ cup buttermilk. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. ½ cup castor sugar

METHOD

Mix all wet ingredients including castor sugar and beat, to this add dry ingredients, beat until just mixed. Divide batter into 5 parts and colour of your choice. layer according to your colour of choice(±half tablespoon of each colour), bake on 180 for 15 - 20 minutes.
