INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups sugar. 3 eggs
1 cup soft butter room temp
¾ cup sour cream.2 teaspoon vanilla
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups flour. 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicard. 3/s teaspoon salt
Lemon Glaze : 1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon melted butter
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180'. Grese bundt pan
2. In a mixing bowl beat sugar and butter well then add in eggs. Mix well
3. Add sour cream and vanilla
4. Stir in the dry ingredients
5. Scrape batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50-55min let cool in tin for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack
6. Blend glaze ingredients until smooth. Add a little more lemon juice if neede to make a thick runny consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake. Allow to set
