Headless prawns
Braise prawns with silvered garlic in tablespoon of oil.remove pan the moment the prawns flush pink.
Onion vagaar add tomato puree, tomato freshly pureed tomato,yoghurt lemon juice,red chilie powder, dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin) tumeric crushed garlic let all of this braise for few minutes.add prawns 3 green chillies and curry leaves cover pot and marinate for an hour.
Put half cup water cook on low heat simmer.20mins
A pinch of garam masala b4 serving
