INGREDIENTS
1 chicken (cut in quarters)
2 teaspoon ground garlic
2 teaspoon fresh red chillies
1 teaspoon fine red chillies
½ teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
6 tablespoon yogurt
1 teaspoon garam masala
Few drops of red food colouring
METHOD
Make slits in the chicken. In a small mixing bowl place all the spices and make a paste with the yogurt. Now marinate the chicken with paste. Leave over night to marinate. When ready to cook place in oven proof dish with blobs of ghee (Clarified butter) on chicken. Bake in preheated oven @ 180 until done. ( turning chicken in between cooking time)
