INGREDIENTS
2 onions chopped finely...Braise in 5 tablespoon oil till light brown.
2 potatoes cut cubes and put in above braised onions, with little water,cook half way, and then add
410gr tomato & onion mix¼ cup tomato sauce2 tablespoon crushed garlicsalt to taste2 teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon tumeric powder2 teaspoon jeera crushed 2 teaspoon dhana crushed2 green chillies
Braise above for 10 minutes
Wash 2 cup basmati rice, add to the chutney with 2 cups water
METHOD
Place in the oven on medium (180) to steam. When rice almost done add 2x 410gr tin fish(bones removed),handful chopped dhania (coriander) and ahandfull chopped spring onions.Stir in lightly and steam on low heat(140) in the oven till done, Add water if required...
Serve with salads, spiced sourmilk and poppadums...
