2onions chopped finely...
Braise in 5 tablespoon oil till light brown.
2 potatoes cut cubes and put in above
braised onions, with little water,cook half
way, and then add
410gr tomato & onion mix
1/4cup allgold tomato sauce
2tbl crushed garlic
salt to taste
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 teaspoon jeera crushed
2 teaspoon dhana crushed
Braise above for 10minutes
Wash 2 cup basmati rice, add to the chutney
with 2 cups water
Place in the oven on medium (180) to steam.
When rice almost done add
2x 410gr tin fish(bones removed),
handful chopped dhania (coriander) and a
handfull chopped spring onions.
Stir in lightly and steam on low heat(140) in
the oven till done,
Add water if required...
Serve with salads, spiced sourmilk and
