Orange Cake

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs, 1 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups self raising flour, 1 tea spoon baking powder 2 oranges the juice.

METHOD

Mix wet ingredients then sift all dry ingredients then add it to wet mixture slowly..don't overbeat..then for the topping I just mix icing sugar with little orange juice and add little orange zest and mix pour on hot cake.

INFO & TIPS

I keep the cake in the fridge in a tupperware because of heat..otherwise u can leave it out..
